Soyez attentif(ve) à la présence des trois éléments ci-dessous : a. Saletés et dépôts verts; nettoyez à l’eau à basse pression avec une brosse souple b. Décoloration c. Diminution de l’effet perlant   Si nécessaire (relatif au point b./c.), appliquez une couche d’entretien selon les instructions d’entretien. La fréquence de l’entretien dépend des conditions météorologiques : - Dans des conditions météorologiques normales : tous les 5 ans - Dans des conditions météorologiques extrêmes : tous les 3 ans - Dans des conditions idéales, l’entretien peut se faire beaucoup plus tard : jusqu’à 10 ans   Climats normaux : lorsque la couleur s’estompe, appliquez une couche d’entretien de [WoodCream](https://service.rubiomonocoat.com/fr/woodcream-3?hsLang=fr) avec [WoodCream Softener](https://service.rubiomonocoat.com/fr/woodcream-softener-1?hsLang=fr) (voyez les instructions détaillées ci-dessous). Inutile de poncer. Fréquence en fonction de l’exposition, de la situation géographique, de l’orientation du bois traité par rapport au soleil, de l’essence de bois et de la couleur désirée. En bord de rivière, sur la côte, en zones humides ou marais, un entretien plus régulier est parfois nécessaire.   **ÉTAPE 1.** Nettoyez la surface avec [Exterior Wood Cleaner](https://service.rubiomonocoat.com/fr/exterior-wood-cleaner-3?hsLang=fr) et une brosse à récurer en nylon. Utilisez un mélange de 10% d’Exterior Wood Cleaner et 90% d’eau. Rincez à l’eau claire par la suite. **ÉTAPE 2.** Laissez bien sécher la surface. **ÉTAPE 3.** Mélangez bien WoodCream et diluez-le avec WoodCream Softener dans une proportion allant de 9 unités de WoodCream pour 1 unité de WoodCream Softener jusqu’à maximum 1 unité de WoodCream pour 1 unité de WoodCream Softener afin d’obtenir le résultat souhaité. **ÉTAPE 4.** Appliquez-le uniformément sur la surface verticale avec le [pinceau WoodCream](https://service.rubiomonocoat.com/fr/brosse-woodcream?hsLang=fr) dans le sens du bois. Procédez par zones de 3 à 4 planches.  - *Astuce : Il est conseillé d’appliquer le produit lorsque la couche précédente est encore mouillée pour éviter les chevauchements.* **ÉTAPE 5**. Laissez sécher la surface durant 12 heures.   > \- Évitez d’exposer la surface directement au soleil. > > \- Mélangez bien le produit avant application.
