Le système d’huile est composé de : - Un apprêt qui doit être appliqué en premier : FR Base - Un produit protecteur qui s’appuie également sur la liaison moléculaire : FR Oil 2C Le système protège et colore les sols en bois et offre simultanément un effet ignifuge. Ce produit convient donc parfaitement aux espaces publics (restaurants, bureaux, musées, …). FR Oil System est unique, car il est basé sur notre technologie de liaison moléculaire, ne contient pas de sels et limite le développement de la fumée. ### Plus d'informations FR Oil System protège et colore vos sols en bois et offre simultanément un effet ignifuge. Le produit est donc parfait pour protéger les sols en bois dans les espaces publics, tels les restaurants, les bureaux, les musées, … Le système se compose de deux produits : il combiné un prétraitement (FR Base ignifuge) et une finition protectrice (FR Oil 2C). FR Oil System a obtenu le certificat ignifuge (Flame-Retardant Certificate) de WarringtonFireGent. C’est le premier système d’huile ignifuge au monde ayant obtenu une certification Bfl-s1 sur du chêne (couche supérieure de 5 mm). FR Oil System a également obtenu un certificat Cfl-s1 avec une couche supérieure de 2,5 mm sur du chêne. **Qu’est ce qui rend ce système d’huile retardant la propagation de l’incendie aussi unique ?** - Huile, ne forme pas de film FR Oil System est basé sur notre technologie de liaison moléculaire connue. Cela signifie que FR Oil 2C entame une liaison moléculaire avec les microns supérieurs du bois, créant une protection durable, sans mise en place de couches. - Pas de sels Les recherches ont montré que la présence de sels peut réduire de manière significative l’efficacité des produits ignifuges. Contrairement à la plupart des systèmes ignifuges, le FR Oil System ne contient pas de sels, augmentant ainsi sa durabilité. - Dégagement de fumées restreint Lors du développement de FR Oil System, nous avons visé un dégagement de fumées le plus limité possible. En effet, les statistiques montrent que la fumée réduit drastiquement les chances de sauver les gens lors d’incendies.
